The framework I practice from is dynamic and it continues to evolve, allowing client-centered opportunities for healing to take place. I believe in a whole body approach to therapy. This means, a healthy body equals a healthy mind. Mental health is still health. I believe clients’ resilience and ability to determine what works for them is key.
